Welcome! My name is Kristi Kasten Huckaba. I am a sales executive, culture catalyst, writer, and creator focused on meaningful connection and human flourishing. I work with organizations to create cultures and experiences where people feel more connected, more engaged, and more fully themselves.
What I Have Found to Be True...
I believe many people long for deeper connection… sometimes without fully realizing how much more connection, intentionality, and emotional aliveness they truly desire. Not just socially, but emotionally, creatively, spiritually… and to themselves.
In a world that often rewards performance over presence, productivity over aliveness, and achievement over becoming… I am rooted in the belief that flourishing begins when people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves, their dreams, and each other.
I have found that people flourish when they are given permission to evolve… to express themselves more honestly, to pursue what lights them up, and to continue becoming at every stage of life. My life has shown me that meaningful friendship and human connection are not secondary luxuries, but essential parts of a rich and fully lived life.
We are truly transformed when we feel witnessed. When someone sees our potential, our worth, reflects our humanity back to us, and reminds us that becoming does not end at a certain age, title, or life stage.
The experiences I create explore the intersection of connection, intentionality, self-expression, meaningful friendship, and emotional aliveness. Whether inside organizations, women’s gatherings, retreats, workshops, or written words… I am interested in creating cultures and experiences that help people feel more fully themselves.
At its core, this work is an invitation… to reconnect, to dream again, to flourish, and to continue becoming.
